When we sold our home in Daytona Beach, Florida we made a decision that the next home purchase would necessitate amenities that would make the interior of the home and surroundings pleasurable. I realized life was too short and it was time to find a smaller home with the maximum level of amenities within my budget!

Yes, it's all about the amenities! I was tired of taking care of the acre lawn and trimming the ceaseless viburnum shrubs that seemed to never stop growing especially in the summer months.
