When we sold our home in Daytona Beach, Florida we made a decision that the next home purchase would necessitate amenities that would make the interior of the home and surroundings pleasurable. I realized life was too short and it was time to find a smaller home with the maximum level of amenities within my budget!

To begin the process, I utilized our exclusive premier real estate website which provided me with all the tools to search for homes in my area. I began search for a property in a given area, selected a property type, price range, and the number of rooms required. Next step was choosing the perks or the amenities!

Yes, it's all about the amenities! I was tired of taking care of the acre lawn and trimming the ceaseless viburnum shrubs that seemed to never stop growing especially in the summer months. Maintaining the pool became a grind! As empty nesters, the cleaning and the cost of maintenance of our 3000 SF home did not make any sense. Amenities in single family gated communities, equestrian communities and beach communities offer many housing options and recreational amenities as well!
