Daytona Beach Homebuyers Vote Amendment 4 Florida Property Tax November 6

There are many reasons why Volusia County homebuyers should vote "YES" on Amendment 4 this year!

 
Amendment 4 will make an additional homestead exemption for first time homebuyers equal to 50 percent of their home's value.

This exemption can be appreciated by Floridians who:

• have not claimed homestead exemption in the last three years

• young families who are purchasing a home for the first time

• homebuyers who are in the market after struggling through the recession

 
The American Dream does not have to be impossible for Floridians. Spread the word to friends and family who are first time homebuyers so they may vote the Florida Property Tax, called Amendment 4, on November 6, 2012.

The latest figures are in for the Real Estate Market!  Freddie Mac just released the latest news on the Primary Mortgage Market Survey or PMMS.

• According to the survey, the 30 year fixed rate mortgage hit another decade low to 4.27% and the 15 year fixed rates dropped to 3.72% another record low.

• Home sales are on the rise from August at 7.6% according to the National Association of Realtors. Despite the ailing labor market and the end of the homebuyer tax credit sales are on the rise but slow and gradual.
