First Outlet Mall Coming to Daytona Beach FL

A developer known as Tanger Factory Outlet Centers from Greenville, North Carolina has filed a document to build an "outlet mall". This request is being considered along with the city's planning boards consideration to change land use for the 10 buildings and 380,000 sq feet of retail space needed.
