Volusia County is the number one in the nation as the most profitable place to flip a
house and Flagler County is third according to a recent national report.

No.1; Volusia County; $51,657 average gross profit,  82% gross profit percentage
No. 3 Flagler County; $43,721 average gross profit, 34% gross profit percentage

According to Daytona News Journal , Realty Trac the leading online marketplace of foreclosure properties reports Daytona Beach-Deltona-Ormond Beach markets offers the most profitable market for buying a house, fixing it , and then selling the home within six months is the most profitable market for home flipping.

729 homes flipped during the first six months in Volusia County which is an increase of 111 percent from last year and an average gross profit of more than $51,000.
